Privacy policy

This site belongs to Raul Eon, a music artist. This page explains what personal data the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. Contact for anything related to your data: master@rauleon.com.

What we collect

• Your email address — only if you subscribe to the mailing list.
• Anonymous visit statistics — see "Statistics" below.
• Nothing else. The site has no accounts and sets no cookies.

Mailing list

When you subscribe, your email address is sent to Kit (kit.com), the service that stores the list and sends the emails. We use it only to send news about releases, concerts and pre-saves — no more than once a month — and never sell or share it with anyone else.

The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox in the form. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to master@rauleon.com. Your address is kept until you unsubscribe.

Kit may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under its own privacy policy and standard data protection safeguards.

Statistics

Visits are counted with Umami (umami.is), a privacy-friendly analytics service. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not track you across other sites. We only see aggregate figures: which pages were viewed, which site you came from, and your country, browser and device type.

Embedded videos

Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): YouTube does not set tracking cookies until you press play. Once you play a video, Google's privacy policy applies.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitLab Pages. Like any web server, the host may log technical data such as your IP address and browser for security and operation. We do not use these logs.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to master@rauleon.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
